44 year old patient who breast fed 4 children, was bothered by small breasts and down pointing nipples. Patient had 340cc implants placed under the breast muscle with a breast lift performed at the same time. She says she's much happier that her bra's now fit better and also feels the operation greatly imrpoved her self-esteem.
