40 year patient with weight gain and a small lower abdominal pouch after one child. Patient underwent lower abdominoplasty (sometimes called a “mini” tummy tuck with liposuction of the upper abdomen, hips and flanks at the same time. Her pants and dresses fit much better after surgery. She says she dropped three sizes and couldn’t be more thrilled.
