31 year old patient with 2 children. Patient had moderate weight gain after her 2nd child which caused overhanging abdominal skin, and minimal fatty hips and thighs. Patient had both a tummy tuck and liposuction of the hips and flanks during the same operation. Both the patient and her husband are thrilled.
