I wrote about Alexis Bellino’s Rhinoplasty last year on this blog (Real Housewives of Orange County Alexis Bellino “Nose Job” Orange County Nose Surgeon). However, there was no clear confirmation why the reality star went under the procedure. It’s no secret that Alexis is a gorgeous mom who is a perfectionist when it comes to taking care of herself. Self-proclaimed Christian, this girl knows how to set the bar high when it comes to looking good. 

I watched the Real Housewives of Orange County last night, as you all know; I’m a huge fun of the show since 2009. Alexis was irritated last night when the girls Tamra Barney and Gretchen Rossi mentioned her plans for the procedure; the reason being why the girls are making jokes about it because Alexis claims that she is getting Rhinoplasty to fix her sinus problem. I mean, come on’ really? Alexis got so defensive about it. But what’s more interesting to me, is when she said that she had never done any procedure on her face rather than Botox and Lip injections. And of course, her huge breast implants! To be honest, I really thought, she had more done to her face. This confirms to me that she is naturally beautiful.

Tamra called her out and telling Alexis that she should not be using sinuses as an excuse to get a nose job and she should get a nose job for she has a huge nose; Telling Alexis to own it rather than making excuse. Ouch! And she is right!

These days, many celebrities are going under the knife for medical purposes. To me, it is very shallow and dishonest. I know some may have been actually telling the truth, but I am very sure that these celebrities are going under the knife to enhance themselves to look perfect. From Ashley Tisdale, Jennifer Aniston and the list goes on and on and on. In this modern world we are living in, plastic surgery has evolved so much that it has become a part of our daily lives. But these public figures just need to be honest about it. There is nothing wrong with plastic surgery for as long as you’re doing it in moderation and enhance your look. But to lie about and make excuses is really, really annoying.

Let’s face it, almost 100%. Of these celebrities must have done some surgery in their lifetime. And to deny and lie about it is really shallow. Yet, when we see on the magazines, advertising and commercials they look so perfect and flawless! As if they were naturally born like that, no stress, no eye bags, cellulites and loose skin. Like hell yeah** really? Tell me, why deny about plastic surgery? It doesn’t make any difference between surgery, Photoshop, airbrushing and not eating to look so skinny? We all want to look our best but being hypocrite about it is a big No no. Being vain is normal and there is nothing wrong about it. But getting plastic surgery and not being honest about it is shallow.

Kim also has naturally huge breast. She posted few years ago a photo on her blog in a white bikini when she was only on her teens with perky sets. But guess what? I do believe they are implants. Why? her new breasts seems to be too huge and perfect. And having huge breasts is not just because of body fat but also in genes. Kim is not fat, she is sexy and curvy. (perfect body) also, if you take a look at her Mom Kris, sisters Khloe and Kourtney these girls don’t have large breasts like Kim, speaking about genes. However, Kourtney is very open about her implants. So see the picture here why I do not believe her breast is real?.

So whether Kim did or didn’t, my conclusion is she looks perfect the way she is and everything else will remain a mystery. Best wishes Kim. In the April 2011 issue of Sister 2 Sister the single mother of five handsome boys reveals in detail how a hasty “dumb” decision resulted in her going into cardiac arrest before the liposuction procedure on her stomach could get underway. “I had a Brazilian nanny. It was her son’s birthday. She was very sad she couldn’t go and see him for his birthday. The tickets are very expensive to go. I had a little slight attitude, and I was like, ‘You want to go to Brazil? We’re gonna go.’ It was one of those Waiting To Exhale moments. You know how women do that? And when I got there, I started seeing all those pretty people walking around. And I was like ‘Dang!’ And my nanny was formerly a nurse there and she said, ‘Oh yeah, its popular here and inexpensive.” “She was even telling me how people would get it and they would snap back so fast. And I just had a little pooch. I’ve always been a person who has been into my body and staying fit. And I had a baby, like, three months earlier. And I’m not going to lie, I was mad at my husband at the time so I thought, ‘Let’s take a trip.’” “So I took my sister. I took my nanny. And I took my assistant. And everybody was shocked, like, ‘Vacation?’ I was like ‘Yep. I’m going to Brazil.’ And I had never been before and it was beautiful. The weather was hot, So me, I was just trying to be spontaneous. I sent the children to him with another nanny and assistant. I was like, ‘You deal with them.’ You know? ‘You want to be M.I.A. for the most part? You deal with them.’ And when I got there I made a really dumb decision. It was dumb, because it wasn’t nothing a few crunches and another month wouldn’t have gotten off. I never had the surgery. I ended up going into cardiac arrest while I was getting anesthesia.”

BOTOX AT AGE 29    Reality TV celebrity Kim Kardashian, 29, doesn’t just talk about using Botox as a technique for stopping wrinkles from forming. At her young age, she sits down and gets the injections, without local anesthetic, and she does it on camera. On Sunday’s episode of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” she takes her shots in the forehead and around her eyes on nationwide TV. “I have a really high tolerance for pain,” she says as she shuns numbing cream, which she says her friends also omit. Her sister Khloe accompanies her to the doctor’s office, continually squirms at the sight of the needle in Kim’s face, and tells her sister that what’s she’s doing is stupid. A number of local cosmetic doctors agree with Kim. Others agree with Khloe. “Botulinum toxin will indeed relax the same muscles that are responsible for the creation of overlying wrinkles,” says Dr. Christopher Zachary, chairman of the UC Irvine Department of Dermatology. “Early use of this medication is indeed likely to prevent the onset of wrinkles overlying that particular muscular region.” Plastic surgeon Dr. Val Lambros of Newport Beach says, “The people who get wrinkles the most are people who have animated foreheads and concentration frowns. It would make sense that suppressing this motion would block the formation of these wrinkles in this group.” Skeptics include plastic surgeon Dr. John Di Saia of San Clemente and Anaheim. “There is no good research on this issue,” he says. “This would be very difficult to prove. Whether or not aged tissue would form some sort of wrinkle even with less activity may be more a matter of genetics than the use of a paralytic” such as Botox. Dermatologic surgeon Dr. David Sire of Fullerton says that, even with repeated Botox injections, “It would not be possible to prevent the sun-damage wrinkling or the volume loss.” “The real dynamic in much of what we see as skin wrinkling is loss of tissue from aging and sun damage,” he says. No local doctors have reported seeing any increase in young patients getting Botox injections, despite media reports about such a trend. In any case, focusing on Botox as a wrinkle-fighter misses the most important causes of wrinkles, many doctors say. “Stopping cigarette smoking and limiting sun exposure may be more effective and would certainly be cheaper,” Di Saia says.
