Brace yourselves everyone. Have you seen last Monday night’s episode of Real Housewives of Orange County? Well, I feel bad for Alexis. I have always like her yet wasn’t been really my favorite till last Monday. Well, since our practice is based in Orange County, this is going to be fun talking about this expose of classy housewives. lol 

Trending right now is the big drama that happened last Monday on Real Housewives of Orange County. But, before I get into the juicy and dirty details, I want to first start writing about Vicki’s plastic surgery. First off, I never like Vicki; although I admire her independence she is always mean just to everybody. And because of her success she thinks she knows everything and thinks she is better than anyone else. It has been revealed that Vicki went through a “Chin Augmentation Surgery”. It was very obvious as she appeared on the show with her very swollen face. I always thought that Vicki had a long chin way before her surgery so in my own honest opinion, she didn’t need it. And it looked so unnatural and unflattering on her!!! Chin implants are a great way to enhance one’s face but you also have to be careful when deciding to undergo this kind of procedure since your face shape is going to determine whether you need this type of procedure or not. Most women with round face need this type of implant. And as for Vicki she has an oval face shape which to me isn’t necessary for her. 

It is important to ask your Doctor first if it is the right procedure for you. If possible, get a second opinion. Ask yourself, if this is really right for you. Most doctors would tell you their honest opinion if it is right for you. There are many doctors who wouldn’t care enough to their patients and who is only after by the $$ in which you have to be really careful about. Vicki’s face always appeared to be swollen, and if there’s any procedure she needs that would be just her skin. She tends to have wrinkles, (which to me is appropriate for her age) but I also know that it can be improve at the doctor’s office. I know she had some fillers injected to keep the wrinkles away, a few Botox here and there couldn't hurt, but I think what she really needs is a mini face lift surgery and a glycolic peel. I have to be honest; her face looks saggy to me, which is normal for her age. Vicki is 51, which I know most of you will say that age is still young, which you’re right, but not taking care of your skin can cause aging really fast. Tanning is no. 1. So please ladies, sunscreen please!!! Stress and poor diet can be a major part of aging too. The mini facelift will give her a youthful glow which is what she really needs. Vicki is a business owner, she is a good mother, recently divorced and under pressure with her current boyfriend, as we all know she is always under stress. Being independent and running on your own business isn’t easy people. And when you are stress your face is the first that gets affected, wrinkles and sagging is what you are first going to see. A Mini facelift will not only take of years out of your face but it will also contour your face as well. As we age, our skin sags due to gravity.  Glycolic peel to give her a fresher looking skin, as her skin tends to be oily. Glycolic peel takes of the first layers and dead skin cells of the skin which will improve your skin texture, any uneven skin tone and will improve little imperfections of your face. So what’s there not to like? Both of this will take of years of her face and will give her a glow that she needed. Sadly, the chin implant didn’t look good to me at all.

Valeria Lukyanova Is A Real-Life Barbie Doll

Valeria Lukyanova is not just your typical average girl next door.  This 21 year old Ukrainian born beauty, an aspiring singer and a model has gone through so much extent to imitate Barbie. The Ukrainian decent became an internet overnight sensation when her photos were all over net. People are in shock as this girl looks exactly like “Barbie came to life.” This is pretty common to young girls and women now a days, for there are a lot of women who wish to look like Barbie or imitate like Barbie, some girls do it through clothing, fashion or make up. There are even some make-up tutorials available on YouTube to teach young girls how to look like Barbie for fun.  But for others they chose the other route by choosing plastic surgery to change their overall appearance to look like Barbie.  But has this girl had gone too far?

Many people have speculated that this girl has gone through different phases of surgeries from head to toe to achieve that Barbie look. Many also speculated that her pictures could be just a result of Photoshop? Oh well, we’d like to think so. But I don’t think that’s the case, you can be fooled with this girl as she really looks like Barbie. Kind of Creepy huh?! Some plastic surgeons have guessed this girl has spent over a whopping half a million dollars to achieve the doll like appearance. But who could blame all these guesses? If you try to take a close look at her pictures she really looks like Barbie, with those big round eyes, very skinny nose, a face that has waxy smooth texture, huge large breast and a very tiny, tiny waist. She has mastered the make-up to achieve the Barbie look.

Valeria Lukyanova, has admitted that she has done plastic surgery to achieve the look specifically her nose and her breast. Which I believed she did, the before photos proves it. Her plastic surgeon made her nose bridge a lot skinnier to look like Barbie’s. And obviously her breasts are a result of breasts implants.  A few plastic surgeons have also speculated that she might have taken off a few of her rib cage to have that very tiny waist. Freaky huh? But from the photos that I have seen so far, it looks like she did not for I can see clearly her rib cage. This girl is very skinny due to her raw based diet. She is a strict vegetarian. As for her waxy face, it looks like she had Botox all over to create that very smooth, perfect finish face.  This girl is only 21 year old, which means she started way too young on plastic surgery. If she doesn’t stop soon, she will look like a freak before she turns 30 and that is not what Ken wants! What are your thoughts about this Barbie wannabe? =)

Kardashian Kris Jenner  To Look Forever Young

It’s no secret that when we talk about Kris Jenner, famously known as the Kardashian “Mommager”. The Kardashian’s are pretty much ruling Hollywood right now, Reality shows, tv guesting’s, endorsements and building an empire with the huge sign trademark “Kardashian’s”. Thanks to Kris Jenner who is the mother of the 3 famous Kardashian’s; Kim, Khloe and Kourtney who started it all. Kris Jenner is not only a mother, but also the big reason to the Kardashian’s success. Because of her huge support for her famous daughters and handling them as their manager the Kardashian Empire keeps getting bigger and bigger.

I think Kris made a good decision. After her surgery, she did look so much younger and less tired. Even her neck looks younger too. Although I’m not a huge fan of her, I must say, she made the right decision and her Doctor did very well.  Many women who are in their late 40’s and 50’s opt for face lift procedure to refresh their looks. Botox and Fillers are a good option to keep looking youthful and maintaining a wrinkle free face, but facelift is a good option if you want to look 10 years younger. Many women especially those who did not took care of their skin, tanning too much and exposing their skin and face on the sunlight without  sunscreen can cause deep set of wrinkles and  aging which could make the patient look 10 years older than their actual age. These wrinkles can make women feel insecure and tired looking.  When this becomes a problem, Botox and Fillers won't necessarily help vanish these wrinkles. So a facelift is a good option. Facelifts are a major procedure and finding the right Doctor is very important. Ask yourself if you will be the perfect candidate for this type of procedure. Not only having a  face lift can make you look a lot younger, it is very effective and is the only proven way to make the patient’s skin look young again. Always remember prevention is always key! It’s no surprise that one of the most beautiful actresses of all time is Megan Fox. It was that bad.

Then, why jealousy? Obviously because she is downright smack perfect! How I wish I have half of her perfection! OK, I’ve admitted that I’m jealous of her. But, I’m not so petty, just a fleeting feeling *wink*

Now, why in conflict you say? I think plastic surgery makes it increasingly unfair to those who are born naturally beautiful. It’s no longer a privilege to be born beautiful because with money and the scalpel of a great surgeon, anyone can be beautiful now. Natural beauty is no longer a gift but it’s as easy as buying lunch (with all the botox lunch parties and even nose job lunch break craze). A little tweak and a nip/tuck, and voila a masterpiece has been created and the world is your oyster. It also raises the bar for beauty standards to crazy new heights, thus putting unnecessary pressure for us women to conform to the standards of beauty. It really is increasingly difficult to be satisfied with our own body image these days.
