Valeria Lukyanova “Barbie” Come to Life? – Orange County Cosmetic Surgery
Valeria Lukyanova Is A Real-Life Barbie Doll
Valeria Lukyanova is not just your typical average girl next door. This 21 year old Ukrainian born beauty, an aspiring singer and a model has gone through so much extent to imitate Barbie. The Ukrainian decent became an internet overnight sensation when her photos were all over net. People are in shock as this girl looks exactly like “Barbie came to life.” This is pretty common to young girls and women now a days, for there are a lot of women who wish to look like Barbie or imitate like Barbie, some girls do it through clothing, fashion or make up. There are even some make-up tutorials available on YouTube to teach young girls how to look like Barbie for fun. But for others they chose the other route by choosing plastic surgery to change their overall appearance to look like Barbie. But has this girl had gone too far?
Many people have speculated that this girl has gone through different phases of surgeries from head to toe to achieve that Barbie look. Many also speculated that her pictures could be just a result of Photoshop? Oh well, we’d like to think so. But I don’t think that’s the case, you can be fooled with this girl as she really looks like Barbie. Kind of Creepy huh?! Some plastic surgeons have guessed this girl has spent over a whopping half a million dollars to achieve the doll like appearance. But who could blame all these guesses? If you try to take a close look at her pictures she really looks like Barbie, with those big round eyes, very skinny nose, a face that has waxy smooth texture, huge large breast and a very tiny, tiny waist. She has mastered the make-up to achieve the Barbie look.
Valeria Lukyanova, has admitted that she has done plastic surgery to achieve the look specifically her nose and her breast. Which I believed she did, the before photos proves it. Her plastic surgeon made her nose bridge a lot skinnier to look like Barbie’s. And obviously her breasts are a result of breasts implants. A few plastic surgeons have also speculated that she might have taken off a few of her rib cage to have that very tiny waist. Freaky huh? But from the photos that I have seen so far, it looks like she did not for I can see clearly her rib cage. This girl is very skinny due to her raw based diet. She is a strict vegetarian. As for her waxy face, it looks like she had Botox all over to create that very smooth, perfect finish face. This girl is only 21 year old, which means she started way too young on plastic surgery. If she doesn’t stop soon, she will look like a freak before she turns 30 and that is not what Ken wants! What are your thoughts about this Barbie wannabe? =)

American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Reports Plastic Surgery Statistics For 2011
Plastic Surgery Statistics For 2011
From the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS):
NEW YORK, NY (March 20, 2012) – The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) today released their 15thannual multi-specialty procedural statistics. The Aesthetic Society, which has collected plastic surgery procedural statistics since 1997, says the overall number of cosmetic surgery procedures has increased 197 percent since the tracking of the statistics first began. Almost 9.2 million cosmetic surgical and nonsurgical procedures were performed in the United States in 2011. The most frequently performed surgical procedure was lipoplasty (liposuction) and the most popular nonsurgical procedure was injections of Botulinum Toxin Type A (including Botox and Dysport).
"For fifteen years these statistics have been a large part of the Aesthetic Society’s public education mission,” said Jeffrey M. Kenkel, MD, President of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. “Since 1997, the interest in and demand for cosmetic plastic surgery has risen exponentially and our comprehensive statistics continue to show that.”
Cosmetic surgical procedures increased almost 1 percent in the past year, with over 1.6 million procedures in 2011. Surgical procedures accounted for 18% of the total numbers of procedure performed representing 63% of total expenditures. The top five surgical procedures were:
- Liposuction (325,332)
- Breast augmentation (316,848)
- Abdominoplasty (149,410)
- Eyelid surgery (147,540)
- Breast Lift (127,054)
Cosmetic minimally-invasive procedures performed one of the surveyed physicians decreased almost 2 percent, with over 7.5 million procedures in 2011. Nonsurgical procedures accounted for 82% of the total number of procedures performed representing 37% of total expenditures.
For the first time ever this survey asked the doctors for the total number of non-surgical procedures being performed in their practices by BOTH physicians and their physician assistants and nurse injectors.
"Growth in demand will likely coninue to grow as baby boomers and their offspring begin to explore surgical options," said Dr. Kenkel. "Minimally-invasive procedures such as Botox and soft tissue fillers work to a point. However, as you age and gravity takes over, surgical procedures that lift the skin and reshape the underlying tissues are necessary in order to show significant improvement."
Women had almost 8.4 million cosmetic procedures, 91% of the total. The number of cosmetic procedures for women increased over 208% from 1997. The top five surgical procedures for women were: breast augmentation, liposuction, tummy tuck, eyelid surgery, and breast lift.
Men had almost 800,000 cosmetic procedures, 9% of the total. The number of cosmetic procedures for men increased over 121% from 1997. The top five surgical procedures for men were: liposuction, rhinoplasty, eyelid surgery, breast reduction to treat enlarged male breast, and facelift.

JK Rowling Total Makeover (Author of Harry Potter)
JK Rowling Total Makeover
Harry Potter isn’t just one of the legendary movies of all time but a “Phenomenon”. Thanks to the author who made it all possible “JK Rowling”. Long before the huge success of Harry Potter, she was a single mother of an infant baby, on UK’s welfare while trying to finish her master’s degree. Now that Harry Potter movie is about to end JK Rowling is a successful, famous writer and of course a billionaire. All that money that she deserves totally shows on her glowing face. JK Rowling looks better than ever. She definitely invested her money to the right facial treatments. Back in the 1990’s she looks haggard and restless. But as time passes by the more she looks fresher and younger. So what do you think the author has been doing to revamp her look? You guess!
She might have an eyelid surgery called (Blepharoplasty) to define her eyes and give her a younger look; she might have reshaped the tip of her nose and some facial injections like Botox or Restalyne to give her face more volume. When taking a look of her before and after pictures she definitely looks great without over exaggerating the procedures. This is key when one wants to look his/her best. “Everything should be done moderately.” Whatever JK Rowling is doing to look her best? Surely it worked well coz she looks amazing and appropriate for her age.

Living doll Cindy Jackson’s Plastic Surgery Journey
In plastic surgery, there are basically 3 golden rules. 1) You can’t make a plain person attractive, 2) You can’t change bone structure, 3) You can’t take more than 10 years off a face. However, Cindy Jackson broke all those rules and set a world record. She is frequently regarded as barbie-made-flesh, with her perfect figure and she looks at least 25 years younger (probably more) than her biological age. Living-doll Cindy has completely blown this theory to smithereens, that personality can sometimes win the day, as men just simply drool all over her due to her stirking physical perfection.
With her blonde hair, perfect face and to-die-for figure that would have made her the perfect one to be in Gatacca, it is easy to assume that Cindy is merely a ditzy bimbo. However, this London socialite and ‘it’ girl boasts of an IQ of 164 and Mensa membership. Cindy has started plastic surgery since 1988 and here’s a checklist of her procedures done:
- Eye lifts
- Nose jobs
- Cheek implants
- Lip enhancement
- Cosmetic Dentistry
- Chin reduction
- Jaw reshaped
- Facelifts
- Breast implants in
- Breast implants out
- Dermabrasion
- Chemical peels
- Fat transfers
- Liposuction
- Filler injections
- Laser treatment
- And much more…
With laser-beam precision, she has repositioned tissue, cartilage and bone to transform herself into one of the most desirable women of the late 20th century, as quoted by Corinna Honan, The Daily Telegraph. What makes Cindy even more desirable is the fact that she looks really beautiful and natural like she’s born with it.
Watching Cindy’s documentary on TV and reading her biography, it fills me with awe, horror, respect, jealousy and in conflict all rolled into one. First, I have to salute Cindy’s courage to undergo so many surgeries and to endure great pain and sacrifice for her ultimate quest to be beautiful. I really respect her integrity and her relentless pursuit of her dreams and goals. She is now living the dream life that she’s been longing for all her life. I’ve seen pictures of her recuperating from her surgery and they looked really scary and too painful to even look at. I actually had to hold my gag reflexes while watching her documentary. It was that bad.
Then, why jealousy? Obviously because she is downright smack perfect! How I wish I have half of her perfection! OK, I’ve admitted that I’m jealous of her. But, I’m not so petty, just a fleeting feeling *wink*
Now, why in conflict you say? I think plastic surgery makes it increasingly unfair to those who are born naturally beautiful. It’s no longer a privilege to be born beautiful because with money and the scalpel of a great surgeon, anyone can be beautiful now. Natural beauty is no longer a gift but it’s as easy as buying lunch (with all the botox lunch parties and even nose job lunch break craze). A little tweak and a nip/tuck, and voila a masterpiece has been created and the world is your oyster. It also raises the bar for beauty standards to crazy new heights, thus putting unnecessary pressure for us women to conform to the standards of beauty. It really is increasingly difficult to be satisfied with our own body image these days.
What do you think? Would you have done what Cindy has done if you had the resources to fund your surgeries? Have you toyed with the idea of plastic surgery personally?

Jane Fonda Plastic Surgery Admission!
Jane Fonda Plastic Surgery Admission!
The most recent Jane Fonda plastic surgery is putting the fitness queen’s pro-natural-aging campaign in jeopardy. The star, famous for her 80’s workout videos and more recently her movie roles, has been attempting to convince her piers to avoid going under the knife for the sake of vanity, even while getting an eye lift herself. Check out the full story, with pictures and video below!
Planning to film a new series of workout videos this year, the 72-year-old says she got the procedure to avoid ‘looking tired.’ Still, the star says she was conflicted about the decision.
“I recently had plastic surgery,” she tells Entertainment Tonight. “It was a hard decision to make, and I decided if I’m going to do it, I’m going to tell the truth. I’m writing a book about aging, so I can’t write that book and not say I’ve had plastic surgery. And you know, I just decided it was for me — I don’t want to have bags under my eyes that make me look tired, and so forth and so on.”
For Jane Fonda, plastic surgery advice seems to be ‘do as I say, not as I do.’ The star recently told Michael Parkinson that she was inspired to grow old gracefully when she visited northern Europe.
“I’m going to try to organise other women in my profession and my friends to say No to the duck lips and getting rid of the wrinkles. I’ve just travelled through Sweden and Finland, looking at faces that were real, that had their life experiences on them, as opposed to in Hollywood [where] everybody is starting to look alike. I said no, I’m not going to do it, somebody’s got to give a face to getting old.”
Putting aside the blaring hypocrisy, I say fair game for the aging fitness star. At 72 and planning on being on television in front of millions, I don’t think a modest eye lift is unreasonable. The new videos are “geared to the over 100 million American baby boomers and older who are increasingly focused on health, wellness, vitality and longevity.”
“I feel I’m at the right stage of life to get back into the Fitness business and pass on all that I’ve learned about being fit over 50,” she said.
With a number of procedures from breast implants to facial work in her past, the star certainly isn’t a poster child for ageing naturally. Maybe she should just stick to making those nifty workout videos. What do you think of Jane Fonda’s plastic surgery? Check out the pictures and video below, and let me know your thoughts in the comment section!
