Snooki Polizzi, one of the cast members of the MTV hit show Jersey Shore, has shocked her fans as she announced last year she was pregnant. Snooki became famous when the popular hit show Jersey Shore, where a bunch of young adults party and drink with lots of drama involved. I was never a fan of the show nor have I watched it myself. But the whole cast is pretty popular for being nothing and no talent.lol Just like all of the reality stars specifically. Viewers love drama, and we love watching reality stars struggles and whatever life crisis they have on national TV. Snooki became famous from the show with her tanned skin, and perfectly poof hair. Despite with her partying habits, Snooki was very open about her battle of eating disorder back in high school. Good thing she got back on her feet and realized that being healthy is far more important than anything else. Last year, Snooki confirmed that she is pregnant with her fiancé. After giving birth last August, the reality star started working out since November and 7 months later, front page in Us Weekly showing her body. Snooki lost 42 pounds and happy with her new weight at 102 pounds. She has been working out hard and eating healthy which helped her lost the weight. Another motivation for her is to show her fiancé that she can be a hot mom.

If there’s one celebrity who is famous for her weight fluctuations it would be no other than the Daisy Dukes star Jessica Simpson. A talented singer with an extra ordinary voice, a multi-millionaire in fashion industry and an actress as well, Jessica has been attack lately about her weight. With so many reality stars posting their bikini bodies after baby, the pressure is on as soon as Jessica gave birth to her first baby girl. The Hollywood scene these days of weight and staying skinny is probably the shallowest thing ever. People and the media are calling her names, bashing her over forums and blog sites making it a big controversy.
So why do celebrities become the center of attention over their weight? Well, as we all know Jessica used to have a fit, rocking body during her “Daisy Dukes” days. And honestly, I don’t think that she lost the weight just specifically through weight watchers I am sure, she’s been working out long hours and perhaps maybe some plastic surgery to help her loose the weight. With 3 million dollars under her belt and millions of people watching, I am sure the pressure isn’t going anywhere. During her pregnancy Jessica was reportedly, eating everything she can from deep fried, fast food and basically all things she was craving for which is typically normal when you’re pregnant. It was a free pass for her to eat whatever she wants. As a result, she gained so much weight during her pregnancy. I have seen her weight watchers commercial, and it was disappointing as she was just sitting down in a black outfit, she wasn’t proving anything that she lost the weight. The point is, we do not care about her weight, what we care is to see the results because of her weight watchers contract, lol which obviously failed! Now her face is everywhere telling her side of story how she lost 60 pounds in 6 months! And in my honest opinion she doesn’t seemed she lost that much weight in my eyes! Just saying! She did lose some weight though, but not as fabulous as we thought she would look like to be. Her black dress and spanks giving her the illusion to look slimmer, is a big BS. Sorry!
Overall, people should stop judging others, especially when it comes to weight. It’s a personal thing, whether skinny or curvy everyone deserves a chance to be confident with who they are. If you are pregnant, just think about that this time, there’s two of you eating the nutrition, eat healthy for you and your baby to nourish your body, go walking, exercise and Yes!
