Singer and actress Hilary Duff, is rumored to have had breast augmentation, nose job, also known as a rhinoplasty. Duff’s previous nose was much more bulbous and full, resulting in a younger, fluffier looking face, while the new nose helps to slim things out and give her a more refined look. Duff has also had veneers to replace her slightly stained smile with a broader whiter one. Duff is also rumored to have had breast implants as recent photos show a round, shelf-like projection that is typical of breast implanted chests with a full cup size increase. Plastic surgeon Anthony Youn says, “It is definitely possible she may have had a breast augmentation. The edges of her breast look very defined, which can be a sign of breast implants. More Plastic Surgery For Heidi Montag? In brand new photos exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com the reality TV star is seen in in a bikini in Costa Rica wearing a strange bandage on her nose, complete with a splint, often used to protect a nose after rhinoplasty. The photos were taken last Thursday, August 19, in Costa Rica, but only released today.    After the photos hit the web,  Montag  released a statement to Life & Style magazine, explaining the tape.  Montag said, "Except for filming and a few photo shoots, I’ve had my nose tape on 24 hours a day since November. It takes a year for your nose to heal. This is just the first photo that anyone has seen of it. PHOTOS: Reality TV’s Hottest Stars “The last time I didn’t wear tape after surgery and my nose changed shape,” she said. “The tape is supposed to keep the swelling down and hold my nose in place the way Dr. Ryan sculpted it. Dr. Ryan always said I was his best, most cautious patient, and I’m not taking any chances now that he’s gone. I don’t want my face to fall off like Michael Jackson’s.”

No question that Rachel Uchitel, the woman accused to having an affair with Tiger Woods, is a beauty — but is she naturally breathtaking, or has she had a little help? In the opinion of a few plastic surgeons we spoke to, it looks Rachel may have had just a little help! “It looks like she had some minor work done to her nasal tip,” says Dr. Steven Dayan, a facial plastic surgeon who works at a private practice in Chicago. “It looks like they shortened her nose and brought it up. You can tell by looking at the columella, the skin between her nostrils — you can barely see it in the second photo.” He says the price of the procedure ranges from doctor to doctor, and could cost anywhere from $3,000 to $20,000! Dr. Neil Sadick, a clinical professor of dermatology at Weill Cornell Medical College in New York, agrees. “She has a very straight and well-supported nose now,” he says. “The frontal angle position of her nose looks slightly improved.” As for work Rachel may have had done on her lips, Manhattan-based aesthetic surgeon Dr. Z. Paul Lorenc says it looks like Rachel has lip injections in both photos — but that she looks significantly better in the more recent shot. “Her lips are much more natural-looking now,” he says. “In the first photo, there’s a loss of Cupid’s Bow [the curve on the top of her upper lip.]” Dr. Lorenc says lip injections typically last from 9 months to a year before the hyaluronic acid dissolves and gets processed through a person’s system, and eventually excreted. Dr. Sadick says those injections can cost around $900 per session. But Rachel may not have stopped at rhinoplasty and lip injections! Dr. Harry T. Haramis, a plastic surgeon at Sleek Surgical in New York, points out a small indent on the right side of Rachel’s face in the more recent photograph, where it’s clear she had something surgically removed. He says a Park Avenue dermatologist would probably charge around $1,000 for the removal, but in reality the procedure should cost around $500. “It looks like it was either a nevus or a mole,” Dr. Lorenc says. “The spot is clean in the second photo, so it’s very clear that a growth was removed.”

In Touch Weekly has an interesting and somewhat creepy photo-based story on whether several women have recently gone under the knife to get their breasts enhanced, or whether they just found some really great bras. They discuss Miley Cyrus (but come to the conclusion that Miley’s 17-year-old boobs are still growing) and one of the 90210 chicks whose name I couldn’t care less about. But I found the Rihanna and Kate Bosworth comments interesting. Just FYI: In Touch got plastic surgeons and bra experts who have not treated these women to do the comments.

Rihanna’s Boobs:
Is Rihanna rocking new implants in addition to her fiery new red hair? Although she has denied getting implants, Dr. Schulman thinks so. “Her breasts are larger and fuller, and the edges of the breast implants are visible,” he says. He believes that she’s gone from a B-cup to a C-cup. Jene Luciani (author of The Bra Book) thinks the results look natural with her shape. “They suit her nicely!”

Call me crazy, but I kind of think Rihanna’s boobs looked bigger when she was younger and about 10 pounds heavier. She must gain and lose weight in her boobs. Also, a C-cup? Doubtful. To my eyes, she’s a B-cup, solid.
