Mastopexy (Breast Lift) with Breast Augmentation
32 year old patient with 3 children who complained of saggy, small breasts after childbirth. Patient had 400cc implants placed under the breast muscle with a breast lift performed at the same time. Patient is ecstatic with the result which helped her to regain her pre-childbirth figure.

44 year old patient who breast fed 4 children, was bothered by small breasts and down pointing nipples. Patient had 340cc implants placed under the breast muscle with a breast lift performed at the same time. She says she's much happier that her bras fit better and also feels the operation greatly improved her self-esteem.

45 year old patient with large, but droopy breasts after 2 children. Patient did not want an increase in size, but only correction of saggy, droopy breast tissue. Patient is very pleased with the results and experienced minimum scarring.
