31 year old patient with 2 children. Patient had moderate weight gain after her 2nd child which caused overhanging abdominal skin, and minimal fatty hips and thighs. Patient had both a tummy tuck and liposuction of the hips and flanks during the same operation. Both the patient and her husband couldn't be happier.

40 year patient with weight gain and a small lower abdominal pouch after one child. Patient underwent lower abdominoplasty (sometimes called a “mini” tummy tuck with liposuction of the upper abdomen, hips and flanks at the same time.
